Our Policies


A non-refundable deposit is REQUIRED to secure your scheduled appointment. Your appointment will not be confirmed until a deposit is received.

- New Permanent Make Up appointments require a non-refundable $100 deposit

- Permanent Makeup Touch Up appointments require a non-refundable $25 deposit

- Lash Services & Other Brow Services appointments require a non-refundable $25 deposit


Deposit will be put towards your service. All deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance and can only be TRANSFERABLE to a new appointment time of the same service, as long as it is outside of our 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling period. An appointment must be rescheduled within 14 days from original appointment otherwise deposit is forfeited. Any notice given with the 48 hours of your appointment time will result deposit forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book.



If you are late for your appointment, it will shorten the time of your appointment as a courtesy to any clients booked after you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to be rescheduled and be considered a NO-SHOW. Your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.


We enforce a strict NO-SHOW policy. Anyone who fails to show up for their appointment without reason will have their deposit forfeited and be charged 75% of their appointment using the credit card on file. No-Shows may not be able to be re-booked in the future.


We have the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel it is fit to do so. Abuse, defamation & disrespect will not be tolerated to any of our staff, in out studio or to other clients. We will follow with legal action if necessary


TOUCH UP TIME FRAMES (Permanent Makeup)

Please be sure to keep track of your touch-ups as it is important to book accordingly. It is highly recommended to schedule in a 2 month touch up - between 6-8 weeks. This is to ensure we can fix any gaps that did not retain color. We recommend a touch-up frame of 6-12 months for an Annual touch up.

Lash extensions are designed to last about 4-6 week with proper care/maintenance. Lash fills are available to help fill in any gaps that may have fallen out over time with your natural lash. Lash fills are available for those who have at least 40% of their lashes still in tact. Anything less than that will be charged full set.
Foreign Fills are accepted but at an additional $15 on top of our regular pricing. (Please note that foreign fills can be denied due to inability to fill previous work.)
Please note that our services may not be suitable for everybody. We cannot guarantee successful result on 100% of our clients – especially to those who have problem or sensitive skin. We do not offer refunds as we have carried out the treatment at a cost to ourselves.
PATCH/ALLERGY TEST (Permanent Makeup)
Scheduling a patch test is available (by request through email) if you believe that you may be allergic to our ink.
Note: A patch test can be carried out at least 2 hours prior to your appointment. Our needles used also have traces of Nickel – please be aware, we are unable to confirm if you are allergic to metal and will only show if you are allergic to our products. A liability and waiver form will need to be signed if a patch test is not performed.
You are able to schedule a patch test at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We will be able to test and see if you may have a allergy to our glue by placing 2-3 lash extensions on each eye. Scheduling a patch test is available (by request) if you believe that you may be allergic to our glue. Note: A liability and waiver form will need to be signed if a patch test is not performed.
